Minister Of Music
Min. Brandon D. Taylor is the Minister of Music at CORC. Brandon is dual-hatted as our main drummer and 2nd organist. He has been playing the drums for 20 years and the organ for 8 years. Brandon is also the Music Director for the International Department of Music for the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ where he has served since 2006. Bro. Brandon Taylor has ministered for several groups and world renowned artist to include Micah Stampley, VaShawn Mitchell, Brent Jones, Kim Burrell, Alabama A&M Gospel Choir, Andre Jones and Sacred Assembly, and the Virginia State University Gospel Chorale just to name a few. Brandon is truly a master of his God given gifts.

CORC Choir and Praise and Worship Leader
Sis. Chanell D. Taylor is the Choir Director and Praise & Worship Leader at CORC. Chanell began singing at a very young age in which she was a member of the church choir. She is currently in her senior year at Virginia State University and holds an executive position for the Gospel Chorale there. Sis. Chanell has traveled to various cities in Europe with the Gospel Chorale ministering and directing. Chanell is also the Co-Director for the COOLJC Auxiliary of Apostolic Teens (AAT) Choir on the national level. She and the praise team or the choir of CORC are often called upon by our neighboring churches, affiliates, organizations, and schools just to name a few. Sis. Chanell Taylor is a strong leader and director who is always willing and ready to praise God.

Jr. Deacon Charles Harrison III is the main organist for CORC. Charles has been playing the organ for 11 years and will fill in when needed as a drummer. He has been apart of the music ministry at CORC for the past 12 years. Jr. Deacon Charles is a strong leader and mentor for the youth at CORC. He is always willing to go beyond the call of duty. He has a heart for music, and a heart for worshipping God. At CORC, he is an statue for young men trying to grow in Christ, and live a holy life.

Jr. Deacon Adrian P. Taylor is our bassist and our 2nd drummer for CORC. He is also apart of the Audio Ministry. Adrian has been playing the bass for 11 years and drums for 22 years. He has ministered with such artists as VaShawn Mitchell, Micah Stampley, Lawrence Flowers and Intercession, just to name a few. Adrian is the Music Director for James Henley & Nu D'votion. He has played for the University of Virginia Black Voices for the past 6 years. Jr. Deacon Adrian P. Taylor is a open and warm-hearted individual who loves to help everyone.

Bro. Brandon L. Wilkes is a part-time Keyboardist and Organist for CORC. He follows CORC choir on engagements and follows Pastor Taylor on preaching engagements, enhancing the CORC Ministry. Bro. Wilkes has been playing the keyboard and organ for 16 years. He is the music director for Jake Greene and One Voice as well as for the University of Virginia Black Voices Choir. Bro. Brandon Wilkes is a great leader and musician. |
